Branding for IV·Q Branding and Design
Whilst our business was growing from the fledgling company that we had created 4 years before, we had now reached a point where we felt that a rebrand was necessary. There were many driving factors behind this need to change but the primary reason was that, our current brand no longer represented the aspirations of the company. As 4Q Graphix we felt that we were not being taken seriously as a provider of intelligent solutions and that the name reflected more a company providing signage and livery, rather than graphic design and corporate branding. We knew the direction we wanted to take the company in, but also did not want to undermine our previous efforts to build client relationships and provide a high level of service. Before continuing, we took time to reflect on our success thus far and which elements we wanted to retain, in order to take the company forward. In doing this we created a mission and vision statement that would govern and drive our new brand, we also wanted to define the core values that under-pin the company and form the framework behind how we operate.
